Every writer I know has trouble writing.

-- Joseph Heller, NY Times bestelling author of Catch-22

Diagnose Your Need ~ Are you a great storyteller who struggles with punctuation and some grammar issues? Are you strong in your English skills, but needing to fine-tune your mechanics of dialogue and plotting?

Do Your Work ~ Most publishers reject a book within the first few pages. Style, voice, characterization, pacing, and other factors separate the publishable from unpublishable. My desire is to help you jump into the “publishable” category. To be considered for my editorial services, your manuscript must already be 50,000 words or more, or be a completed novella or non-fiction piece. I won’t waste your money or my time on a partial manuscript, and it would be unfair to string along any would-be authors for the sake of a paycheck.

Don’t Let Fear Stop You ~ Once you reach this benchmark, I will be happy to give an initial critique of your submitted manuscript for a small fee. I will be honest and constructive. In “the payment” section, you can learn more about the options best tailored for you.
